1. General Terms
We tries our best to provide the latest information and prices for the goods introduced on this website, as well as the availability of stock, and reserves the right to change the prices of the goods without prior notice. All orders are subject to final confirmation and processing depending on the availability of the relevant goods. If any product is out of stock and cannot be provided to the customer, we reserves the right to refuse to accept the order, or to provide the same type and price of the product as a substitute. If we are no able to provide any product or service on your order, we will notify you by phone or email prior to the delivery date.
2. Payment
2.1 All items are marked in Hong Kong dollars.
2.2 The Price of all items is based on the date of order.
2.3 Customers must finish the online payment with the relevant amount by using VISA, MasterCard or PayPal to complete the online purchase.
2.4 The company reserves the right to change the payment method for online shopping at any time without prior notice.
3. Order Confirmation
When the customer successfully orders, we will send the confirmation email/SMS of the customer's order by email/SMS to the related email address/phone number provided by the customer, and clearly indicate the recipient, product type, quantity, shipping address and shipping method. The company will not bare the responsible for the delay or failure to send emails/SMS due to the wrong email address/phone number provided by the customer, or other factors beyond the control of the company, such as network problems, email/telephone service provider problems, etc.
4. Damages and Returns
Once an online shopping order is confirmed, changes and cancellations will not be accepted. Please check the items immediately after receipt of the parcel. If there is any damages or different in items and quantity from the order, you can contact us by email info@teagather.com within 14 business days after the date of receipt of goods. We would follow up accordingly.
